An Important Note about Distance Consulting/Counseling
Distance consulting/counseling is not for everyone. These services are not appropriate for emergency situations or persons having suicidal thoughts. Our services may require payment processing, an email response or a scheduled appointment. It may be 24 hours or more before you connect with a consultant/counselor.

If you are feeling suicidal, please contact a crisis center; call 911 or 1­­-800­­-SUICIDE (1­-800­-784­-2433) Suicide Prevention Line. If you are feeling strong emotional distress or rapidly changing emotions, distance consulting/counseling is not the best choice for you. Please contact a psychotherapist or mental health worker in your local area.

Payment Policy

All personal consulting services are billed by the hour and payable in advance via PayPal, credit card, or debit card. Hourly rates are based on a 50-minute hour or any part thereof. For example, if you want a 35-minute consultation, you will need to pay for one hour of personal consulting time. Unused minutes do not carry over.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to schedule personal consulting/counseling services.
  • Rates – $85.00 per hour, based on a 50-minute hour or any part thereof.
  • Rates are subject to change at any time.
  • You may purchase additional time as needed during any session that you’d like to extend.

Distance consulting/counseling services may be provided using a variety of methods. Options for technology-assisted distance consulting/counseling include:

  • TeleConsulting/Counseling: These are telephone sessions. You may incur charges by your telecommunications service provider, especially if you use a traditional landline or mobile phone from outside my local calling area.
  • Internet Consulting/Counseling:These are real-time computer sessions that take place via Skype. If you don’t already have Skype, you can download it for free from Skype.com. Skype-to-Skype calls and video chats are free. Choose from the following two options:
    • Voice only
    • Voice with webcam (allows for the most effective, full-range communication)
