Many senior centers are looking for resources for their members. They know the value of senior resources in improving quality of life. As a personal consultant, I provide consulting to senior centers for their members. I’ve worked with senior centers in the past and I’m always looking for additional clients because my passion lies in helping seniors live a long, healthy, and happy life. I do this by offering senior centers two things.
Being a Viable Senior Resource
When people come to your senior center, they are looking for help. It may be a caregiver seeking resources for an elderly loved one or a senior citizen looking for help at this stage of life. By having resources available, seniors and caregivers start to see you as a trustworthy source. They will want to use the resources you provide as well as the ones you point them in the direction of at the time they need it.
Provide Personal Consulting to Improve the Quality of Seniors’ Lives
Seniors often feel lonely and depressed. They may have gone through the loss of loved ones. They may not feel they fit in with family and friends any longer. There are many reasons seniors don’t feel as happy as they once did. I help them figure out what is really going on in their lives that is making them so miserable. We talk about thoughts, feelings, hopes, and dreams. We bring out everything that seems to be stuck inside of them, and then we start to create a different life.
Working with seniors is an amazing job. Seniors love that they have someone who genuinely cares about what they have to say, and they enjoy having fresh, new perspectives to consider as they wake up each day to face challenges and opportunities.
As we progress through our personal consulting sessions, my clients work towards goals. They are ones that they want to have and achieve. They work for themselves, so they can start to feel much better about their lives.
If you have members of your senior center who love to talk about their lives, personal consulting is perfect for them. Please feel free to share this website with them. If they are not connected to the Internet, you can contact me yourself at firstname.lastname@example.org. I would love to speak with you on how we can start to help the senior you know. Another option is calling me at 707-583-1525. Since I am busy with clients throughout the day, I may not be available to take your call. Please leave a message or call back at another time. Relay this information to the interested senior.
I look forward to becoming a resource to your seniors. Together, we can make seniors’ lives much healthier and happier.
